Reisdetails van Panama y Colombia
Omschrijving:
Woensdag 27-09-2017 is het dan zover, we vertrekken naar Midden en Zuid- Amerika. Precies te zijn: Panama en Colombia.
De planning is om naar Panama City te vliegen en van daaruit na een paar dagen door te vliegen naar Colombia.
Woensdag 27-09-2017, 13.25uur:
Omdat pasagier Mark Smith niet is komen opdagen, dient zijn bagage eerst uit het vliegtuig te worden gehaald. Hierdoor vertrekken we met een half uur vertraging. De vliegtijd zal 10 uur en 15 minuten bedragen.
Aan boord is het as usual, beetje film kijken, afwisselend met wat eten en slapen. De reis verloopt voorspoedig.
We komen rond 23.40uur(NL tijd) aan in Panama City. De lokale tijd is dan 7 uur eerder, dus 16:40 uur. Uitstappen en door de douane verloopt snel.
Eenmaal door de schuifdeuren van het vliegveld naar de taxiplaatsen worden we voor het eerst geconfronteerd met het plaatselijke klimaat: BAM 32 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid.
Gijs bestelt via Uber een taxi, deze zal na 15 minuten aankomen op het vliegveld. Echter op de app zien we de taxi alleen maar stilstaan. Na 30 minuten wachten besluiten we af te zien van deze taxi, aangezien deze nog steeds stil staat. We gaan naar de taxi standplaatsen en nemen daar een taxi naar het centrum van Panama City.
Tevens onze eerste ervaringen met het afzetten van toeristen. De taxi chauffeur vraagt 30 US Dollar, we proberen nog voor 20 of 25 dollar maar de man is vastberaden en wij willen eigenlijk gewoon naar ons hotel, het is inmiddels namelijk al 18.00uur lokale tijd. We lopen met hem mee en hij spreekt een collega aan. Dit gaat iets te enthousiast en hij is er niet op berekend dat ik een paar woorden Spaans spreek.
Ik kijk Gijs aan en begin te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
Ondertussen krijgt Gijs ook een bericht van Uber, aangezien wij afzien van de rit kost ons dat 2 US Dollar. (voor een taxi welke niet eens een poging heeft gedaan om naar het vliegveld te komen) Op zijn beurt begint Gijs te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
De taxi rit bedraagt zo'n 15 kilometer. Echter rijden we al snel vast in files en de chaos van Panama City in het verkeer. Er is totaal geen touw aan vast te knopen hoe ze rijden en wat de regels zijn. Het is letterlijk: diegene met de meeste ballen krijgt voorrang.
Eenmaal in het centrum van Panama City aangekomen wordt het nog erger. We verbazen ons dat er wel stoplichten zijn, maar deze totaal geen waarde hebben. Rood of groen, je moet gewoon doorrijden en asociaal zijn. Elke straat waar we in komen staat het opnieuw vast met auto's.
Op een gegeven moment laat de taxi chauffeur een auto uit een zijstraat invoegen, of ja deze automobilist duwt zijn wagen er gewoon tussen waardoor er geen andere mogelijkheid is dan deze voor te laten. Niet veel later staan we voor een kruising en een rood stoplicht. Wij staan als tweede achter

Reisdetails van Panama y Colombia
Omschrijving:
Woensdag 27-09-2017 is het dan zover, we vertrekken naar Midden en Zuid- Amerika. Precies te zijn: Panama en Colombia.
De planning is om naar Panama City te vliegen en van daaruit na een paar dagen door te vliegen naar Colombia.
Woensdag 27-09-2017, 13.25uur:
Omdat pasagier Mark Smith niet is komen opdagen, dient zijn bagage eerst uit het vliegtuig te worden gehaald. Hierdoor vertrekken we met een half uur vertraging. De vliegtijd zal 10 uur en 15 minuten bedragen.
Aan boord is het as usual, beetje film kijken, afwisselend met wat eten en slapen. De reis verloopt voorspoedig.
We komen rond 23.40uur(NL tijd) aan in Panama City. De lokale tijd is dan 7 uur eerder, dus 16:40 uur. Uitstappen en door de douane verloopt snel.
Eenmaal door de schuifdeuren van het vliegveld naar de taxiplaatsen worden we voor het eerst geconfronteerd met het plaatselijke klimaat: BAM 32 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid.
Gijs bestelt via Uber een taxi, deze zal na 15 minuten aankomen op het vliegveld. Echter op de app zien we de taxi alleen maar stilstaan. Na 30 minuten wachten besluiten we af te zien van deze taxi, aangezien deze nog steeds stil staat. We gaan naar de taxi standplaatsen en nemen daar een taxi naar het centrum van Panama City.
Tevens onze eerste ervaringen met het afzetten van toeristen. De taxi chauffeur vraagt 30 US Dollar, we proberen nog voor 20 of 25 dollar maar de man is vastberaden en wij willen eigenlijk gewoon naar ons hotel, het is inmiddels namelijk al 18.00uur lokale tijd. We lopen met hem mee en hij spreekt een collega aan. Dit gaat iets te enthousiast en hij is er niet op berekend dat ik een paar woorden Spaans spreek.
Ik kijk Gijs aan en begin te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
Ondertussen krijgt Gijs ook een bericht van Uber, aangezien wij afzien van de rit kost ons dat 2 US Dollar. (voor een taxi welke niet eens een poging heeft gedaan om naar het vliegveld te komen) Op zijn beurt begint Gijs te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
De taxi rit bedraagt zo'n 15 kilometer. Echter rijden we al snel vast in files en de chaos van Panama City in het verkeer. Er is totaal geen touw aan vast te knopen hoe ze rijden en wat de regels zijn. Het is letterlijk: diegene met de meeste ballen krijgt voorrang.
Eenmaal in het centrum van Panama City aangekomen wordt het nog erger. We verbazen ons dat er wel stoplichten zijn, maar deze totaal geen waarde hebben. Rood of groen, je moet gewoon doorrijden en asociaal zijn. Elke straat waar we in komen staat het opnieuw vast met auto's.
Op een gegeven moment laat de taxi chauffeur een auto uit een zijstraat invoegen, of ja deze automobilist duwt zijn wagen er gewoon tussen waardoor er geen andere mogelijkheid is dan deze voor te laten. Niet veel later staan we voor een kruising en een rood stoplicht. Wij staan als tweede achter

Reisdetails van Panama y Colombia
Omschrijving:
Woensdag 27-09-2017 is het dan zover, we vertrekken naar Midden en Zuid- Amerika. Precies te zijn: Panama en Colombia.
De planning is om naar Panama City te vliegen en van daaruit na een paar dagen door te vliegen naar Colombia.
Woensdag 27-09-2017, 13.25uur:
Omdat pasagier Mark Smith niet is komen opdagen, dient zijn bagage eerst uit het vliegtuig te worden gehaald. Hierdoor vertrekken we met een half uur vertraging. De vliegtijd zal 10 uur en 15 minuten bedragen.
Aan boord is het as usual, beetje film kijken, afwisselend met wat eten en slapen. De reis verloopt voorspoedig.
We komen rond 23.40uur(NL tijd) aan in Panama City. De lokale tijd is dan 7 uur eerder, dus 16:40 uur. Uitstappen en door de douane verloopt snel.
Eenmaal door de schuifdeuren van het vliegveld naar de taxiplaatsen worden we voor het eerst geconfronteerd met het plaatselijke klimaat: BAM 32 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid.
Gijs bestelt via Uber een taxi, deze zal na 15 minuten aankomen op het vliegveld. Echter op de app zien we de taxi alleen maar stilstaan. Na 30 minuten wachten besluiten we af te zien van deze taxi, aangezien deze nog steeds stil staat. We gaan naar de taxi standplaatsen en nemen daar een taxi naar het centrum van Panama City.
Tevens onze eerste ervaringen met het afzetten van toeristen. De taxi chauffeur vraagt 30 US Dollar, we proberen nog voor 20 of 25 dollar maar de man is vastberaden en wij willen eigenlijk gewoon naar ons hotel, het is inmiddels namelijk al 18.00uur lokale tijd. We lopen met hem mee en hij spreekt een collega aan. Dit gaat iets te enthousiast en hij is er niet op berekend dat ik een paar woorden Spaans spreek.
Ik kijk Gijs aan en begin te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
Ondertussen krijgt Gijs ook een bericht van Uber, aangezien wij afzien van de rit kost ons dat 2 US Dollar. (voor een taxi welke niet eens een poging heeft gedaan om naar het vliegveld te komen) Op zijn beurt begint Gijs te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
De taxi rit bedraagt zo'n 15 kilometer. Echter rijden we al snel vast in files en de chaos van Panama City in het verkeer. Er is totaal geen touw aan vast te knopen hoe ze rijden en wat de regels zijn. Het is letterlijk: diegene met de meeste ballen krijgt voorrang.
Eenmaal in het centrum van Panama City aangekomen wordt het nog erger. We verbazen ons dat er wel stoplichten zijn, maar deze totaal geen waarde hebben. Rood of groen, je moet gewoon doorrijden en asociaal zijn. Elke straat waar we in komen staat het opnieuw vast met auto's.
Op een gegeven moment laat de taxi chauffeur een auto uit een zijstraat invoegen, of ja deze automobilist duwt zijn wagen er gewoon tussen waardoor er geen andere mogelijkheid is dan deze voor te laten. Niet veel later staan we voor een kruising en een rood stoplicht. Wij staan als tweede achter

Reisdetails van Panama y Colombia
Omschrijving:
Woensdag 27-09-2017 is het dan zover, we vertrekken naar Midden en Zuid- Amerika. Precies te zijn: Panama en Colombia.
De planning is om naar Panama City te vliegen en van daaruit na een paar dagen door te vliegen naar Colombia.
Woensdag 27-09-2017, 13.25uur:
Omdat pasagier Mark Smith niet is komen opdagen, dient zijn bagage eerst uit het vliegtuig te worden gehaald. Hierdoor vertrekken we met een half uur vertraging. De vliegtijd zal 10 uur en 15 minuten bedragen.
Aan boord is het as usual, beetje film kijken, afwisselend met wat eten en slapen. De reis verloopt voorspoedig.
We komen rond 23.40uur(NL tijd) aan in Panama City. De lokale tijd is dan 7 uur eerder, dus 16:40 uur. Uitstappen en door de douane verloopt snel.
Eenmaal door de schuifdeuren van het vliegveld naar de taxiplaatsen worden we voor het eerst geconfronteerd met het plaatselijke klimaat: BAM 32 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid.
Gijs bestelt via Uber een taxi, deze zal na 15 minuten aankomen op het vliegveld. Echter op de app zien we de taxi alleen maar stilstaan. Na 30 minuten wachten besluiten we af te zien van deze taxi, aangezien deze nog steeds stil staat. We gaan naar de taxi standplaatsen en nemen daar een taxi naar het centrum van Panama City.
Tevens onze eerste ervaringen met het afzetten van toeristen. De taxi chauffeur vraagt 30 US Dollar, we proberen nog voor 20 of 25 dollar maar de man is vastberaden en wij willen eigenlijk gewoon naar ons hotel, het is inmiddels namelijk al 18.00uur lokale tijd. We lopen met hem mee en hij spreekt een collega aan. Dit gaat iets te enthousiast en hij is er niet op berekend dat ik een paar woorden Spaans spreek.
Ik kijk Gijs aan en begin te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
Ondertussen krijgt Gijs ook een bericht van Uber, aangezien wij afzien van de rit kost ons dat 2 US Dollar. (voor een taxi welke niet eens een poging heeft gedaan om naar het vliegveld te komen) Op zijn beurt begint Gijs te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
De taxi rit bedraagt zo'n 15 kilometer. Echter rijden we al snel vast in files en de chaos van Panama City in het verkeer. Er is totaal geen touw aan vast te knopen hoe ze rijden en wat de regels zijn. Het is letterlijk: diegene met de meeste ballen krijgt voorrang.
Eenmaal in het centrum van Panama City aangekomen wordt het nog erger. We verbazen ons dat er wel stoplichten zijn, maar deze totaal geen waarde hebben. Rood of groen, je moet gewoon doorrijden en asociaal zijn. Elke straat waar we in komen staat het opnieuw vast met auto's.
Op een gegeven moment laat de taxi chauffeur een auto uit een zijstraat invoegen, of ja deze automobilist duwt zijn wagen er gewoon tussen waardoor er geen andere mogelijkheid is dan deze voor te laten. Niet veel later staan we voor een kruising en een rood stoplicht. Wij staan als tweede achter

[description] => Woensdag 27-09-2017 is het dan zover, we vertrekken naar Midden en Zuid- Amerika. Precies te zijn: Panama en Colombia.
De planning is om naar Panama City te vliegen en van daaruit na een paar dagen door te vliegen naar Colombia.
Woensdag 27-09-2017, 13.25uur:
Omdat pasagier Mark Smith niet is komen opdagen, dient zijn bagage eerst uit het vliegtuig te worden gehaald. Hierdoor vertrekken we met een half uur vertraging. De vliegtijd zal 10 uur en 15 minuten bedragen.
Aan boord is het as usual, beetje film kijken, afwisselend met wat eten en slapen. De reis verloopt voorspoedig.
We komen rond 23.40uur(NL tijd) aan in Panama City. De lokale tijd is dan 7 uur eerder, dus 16:40 uur. Uitstappen en door de douane verloopt snel.
Eenmaal door de schuifdeuren van het vliegveld naar de taxiplaatsen worden we voor het eerst geconfronteerd met het plaatselijke klimaat: BAM 32 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid.
Gijs bestelt via Uber een taxi, deze zal na 15 minuten aankomen op het vliegveld. Echter op de app zien we de taxi alleen maar stilstaan. Na 30 minuten wachten besluiten we af te zien van deze taxi, aangezien deze nog steeds stil staat. We gaan naar de taxi standplaatsen en nemen daar een taxi naar het centrum van Panama City.
Tevens onze eerste ervaringen met het afzetten van toeristen. De taxi chauffeur vraagt 30 US Dollar, we proberen nog voor 20 of 25 dollar maar de man is vastberaden en wij willen eigenlijk gewoon naar ons hotel, het is inmiddels namelijk al 18.00uur lokale tijd. We lopen met hem mee en hij spreekt een collega aan. Dit gaat iets te enthousiast en hij is er niet op berekend dat ik een paar woorden Spaans spreek.
Ik kijk Gijs aan en begin te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
Ondertussen krijgt Gijs ook een bericht van Uber, aangezien wij afzien van de rit kost ons dat 2 US Dollar. (voor een taxi welke niet eens een poging heeft gedaan om naar het vliegveld te komen) Op zijn beurt begint Gijs te lachen: Welkom in Panama!
De taxi rit bedraagt zo'n 15 kilometer. Echter rijden we al snel vast in files en de chaos van Panama City in het verkeer. Er is totaal geen touw aan vast te knopen hoe ze rijden en wat de regels zijn. Het is letterlijk: diegene met de meeste ballen krijgt voorrang.
Eenmaal in het centrum van Panama City aangekomen wordt het nog erger. We verbazen ons dat er wel stoplichten zijn, maar deze totaal geen waarde hebben. Rood of groen, je moet gewoon doorrijden en asociaal zijn. Elke straat waar we in komen staat het opnieuw vast met auto's.
Op een gegeven moment laat de taxi chauffeur een auto uit een zijstraat invoegen, of ja deze automobilist duwt zijn wagen er gewoon tussen waardoor er geen andere mogelijkheid is dan deze voor te laten. Niet veel later staan we voor een kruising en een rood stoplicht. Wij staan als tweede achter
